What do you do at Merchants?	Move Coordinator: involved in an individuals move every step of the way; answers all questions and addresses any concerns throughout the entire transition and after delivery.

How long have you worked at Merchants?	5 years

What is your favorite part of the job?	Customer interaction, working with our drivers, and being part of a family owned company that appreciates and respects all of their employees and everything they do.

Do you have a favorite moving story?

In this industry there is a new story everyday that seems to be the best, it’s hard to narrow down which one is my favorite. There has been everything from the driver taking the shippers snake to having to get a crane to hoist a hot tub over the house. Once there was so much snow the driver had to use a sled to get the items from the shed in the backyard to his truck. As I said everyday is a new story; I wonder what will happen today?

What do you like to do when you're not moving families?	Spending time with my children and extended family. All of those boys are involved in an activity or two so it keeps me going. When there is finally alone time I enjoy scrapbooking.
