Just wanted to take a minute to tell you how pleased I was with the entire experience with Merchants. With any move and building a new home, there are many problems that come up. We have had many bad experiences with many companies that we have dealt with during the past few months, however the experience with Merchants was exceptionally good and we couldn't be happier. Everything was as promised. You guys were on time both pickup and delivery, your people were (are) exceptional. We have not discovered anything broken or missing (at least so far and we are about ½ complete). The delivery crew was outstanding and so very pleasant to deal with. No surprises with the price, (it was exactly as agreed upon). Your sales rep was exceptional and I love the people in your office.

We came over to your office several times to purchase boxes, and again your people were very helpful and great to deal with. Everybody I dealt with at Merchants made me feel special and important. I would be ever so happy to recommend your company to anybody who is thinking about using your moving services. If you ever need me to help you make a sale, please feel free to sue my name and have them call me at any time.

Again, "A GREAT BIG THANK YOU" for the great service and for doing everything exactly as promised. It is a rare thing these days to find a company that still believes in keeping their word and following through as they promise.
